I'm doing a lot of research on the effectiveness of spay/neuter programs and ways to measure it.  Although the reports below are only preliminary, I'd like to share them.

How much is enough? -- analysis of data from 22 areas in 9 states shows the correlation of spay/neuter and decrease in shelter intake.
